Tom joined LS Power in 2025 and serves as Head of Strategy, focused on firm-wide strategic initiatives and growth opportunities.
Tom is also a member of the Management Committee and the Investment Committee. Prior to LS Power, Tom served as the Chief Policy Counselor, Office of Financial Markets for the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Previously, Tom was a Partner at Goldman Sachs, where he spent 21 years and was last the Global Head of Securitized and Government-Swaps Investment Strategies. Tom received a B.S. in Economics and Psychology from University of Maryland and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
