Scott Carver joined LS Power in 2001 and has extensive experience in project development and in the power industry. Prior to joining LS Power, Mr. Carver was an attorney in private practice providing counsel to industry groups, lenders and public entities in connection with the development, construction, operation and financing of real estate and energy projects and environmental regulatory compliance and permitting issues.
Mr. Carver received a B.A. from Colby College and a J.D. from American University, Washington College of Law.
