National Cleanup Month 2025

Community

LS Power is committed not only to advancing the nation’s energy infrastructure but also to investing in the well-being of the communities we call home. Through volunteer efforts and charitable contributions, we’re dedicated to energizing communities —  through both power and purpose.

In recognition of National Cleanup Day, we joined forces nationwide to support local cleanup initiatives, reflecting our continued commitment to environmental stewardship and community engagement. Teams from our offices in Missouri, Massachusetts, and Texas volunteered their time to clean and restore local parks in partnership with community organizations.

In Missouri, we partnered with the St. Charles Parks and Recreation Department to help restore Wapelhorst Park, creating a cleaner, more welcoming space for the community.

In Massachusetts, we collaborated with the Friends of the Blue Hills to clean up Houghton’s Pond Recreation Area, keeping this well-loved park beautiful and accessible for all.

Meanwhile, in Texas, our LS Power Grid Amarillo team joined Amarillo Parks & Recreation to clear debris and revitalize Martin Road Park for local residents.

Collectively, LS Power employees across the three locations achieved meaningful results through their combined efforts:

  • 24 volunteers
  • 58 volunteer hours
  • 30+ bags of litter collected
  • 19 loads of debris removed using utility vehicles (UTVs)
  • 200+ bottle caps collected

These cleanups reflect our company-wide culture of service and environmental responsibility. By working together across regions, we make a tangible, positive impact on communities.
