LS Power Completes Sale of 82% of West Deptford Energy Station

LS Power announced today that its affiliate, West Deptford Energy Holdings, LLC, has completed the sale of 82% of its interests in the West Deptford Energy Station, a 738 MW combined cycle gas-fired merchant electric generating facility in West Deptford, New Jersey, to a group of institutional investors.
