LS Power Equity Advisors closed on its Hudson Generation Holdings financing, which consists of a $285 million, seven-year secured Term Loan Facility and a $5 million Revolving Facility.
The cost efficient financing benefits from stable cash flows from ten underlying power generation facilities. These include three natural gas-fired combustion turbine facilities (University Park North Energy Center, University Park South Energy Center, and Wallingford Energy Center) originally acquired from PPL Corporation and TPF Generation Holdings, as well as seven run-of-river hydroelectric facilities originally acquired from FirstEnergy Corporation.
