LS Power Completes Acquisition of Hummel Station in PA

U.S. power and energy infrastructure owner LS Power Equity Advisors, LLC (“LS Power”) announced the completed acquisition of the Hummel Power Station in PA.

LS Power acquired the Hummel Station, a 1,124 MW natural gas-fired CCGT facility located in northern Pennsylvania, from a consortium of sellers including Siemens Financial Services and Panda Power Funds.
