LS Power Equity Advisors, through a private fund it manages, has entered into an agreement to sell the 1,124 MW Hummel Energy Station (“Hummel”), a combined-cycle natural gas facility in Shamokin Dam, Pennsylvania, and the 1,023 MW Rolling Hills Station (“Rolling Hills”), a combustion turbine natural gas facility in Wilkesville, Ohio, to a subsidiary of Capital Power Corporation. The sale is expected to close in the second half of 2025.
