LS Power Completes Sale of Columbia Energy Center to South Carolina Electric & Gas Company

New York, NY – May 10, 2018— LS Power Equity Advisors, through a private fund it manages, completed the sale of Columbia Energy Center to South Carolina Electric & Gas Company. LS Power Equity Advisors originally acquired the project from Calpine Corporation in 2014 along with five other assets.
