We are deeply invested in and committed to our neighbors living in the surrounding areas near our projects and offices. We seek input from local leaders to help ensure our projects address issues they are most concerned about and to learn how we can contribute to the local economy and environment.
Our projects help stimulate local economies with new job creation, local hiring, and tax revenues ($447 million to date) that fund schools, fire departments, and other local services to support our communities.
Our philanthropic contributions have provided more than $10 million and thousands of volunteer hours to date in support to Health/Community Support, Hunger Relief, Youth & Education, Environment/Infrastructure, and Economic Growth.
